1. Our commitment
Be A Top Host(“BATH”) wants every Owner, Co-host, Service Provider, and Guest to be able to use our Platform with ease. We are working toward aligning our websites and applications with recognised accessibility standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), so that our experience is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
2. Ongoing efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Among other things, we aim to:
- Use clear structure, headings, and labels so content is easy to navigate.
- Support keyboard navigation and assistive technologies where possible.
- Maintain readable text, sufficient color contrast, and descriptive links.
- Consider accessibility as we design and build new features.

As we continue to improve, some areas of the Platform may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals, and some third-party content or tools may behave differently. We are working to identify and address these gaps over time, and we welcome reports that help us prioritize.
