It started with turnovers

Be A Top Host began with the day-to-day reality of running short-stay units. Managing bookings, coordinating cleaners, chasing repairs, and getting each unit ready for the next guest taught us how much every stay depends on a handful of trusted people doing careful work on time.

What we saw

The whole community leans on the same things: trusted providers and clear operations. When the right cleaner, technician, or co-host is easy to reach and the plan is obvious, everything runs. When they are not, small gaps turn into bad guest experiences and lost income. The talent and the demand were both there. What was missing was a shared place to connect them.

Why we built one platform

So we built it. One platform where anyone in the community can grow from a single unit or a single service into a real business. An owner with one property, a cleaner taking their first booking, a co-host building a portfolio, all in the same place, all able to find each other and grow.

That is still the point of everything we build: make it easy for the community to grow together.
